   At Cattail Creek Farm we let our poultry free range. They are able to have a diverse diet and improve upon their nutrion. We belive this improves upon the quality of the eggs. Our farm fresh eggs are bigger in comparison to store bought ones. Our eggs also have larger and more yellow yolks. 

 

   Our duck eggs come from a variety of duck breeds, such as the muscovy and the cayuga duck. Duck eggs are used by chefs all around the world and are especially good when used for baking.
